All products are handmade to order. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be posted. If you need your order for a certain date, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate but we can't guarantee orders will arrive on a certain date.

We wrap our wedges in Ovtene paper, which is primarily composed of calcium carbonate and other trace minerals. This reduces the amount of plastic used by 60% while preserving resources and reducing waste. The paper is recyclable and should be put out with your recyclable plastic.

Our labels are compostable.

As a small business it's sometimes daunting to find the best eco friendly packaging that doesn't cost the earth. It's definitely a work in progress and something we're working on improving until everything we use is either fully recyclable / compostable.

Our products are always posted using recyclable or recycled materials. We also aim to reuse as much as we can. If you ever receive bubble wrap, rest assured it's being reused - we will never purchase bubble wrap.

We also use Easy-chill reusable gel packs.

We post your orders using Royal Mail's Tracked24 service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number when your order has been posted.
