Every family has their own recipe. My version is based on my grandma's Chimichurri recipe. Perfect crumbled over roasted wedges, or with some fresh bread and a glass of Malbec.
Chimichurri
Ingredients: Cashew NUTS (88.5%), live cultures, water, miso (water, SOYA beans, rice, salt), Chimichurri blend (1.9%) (parsley, oregano, chilli (Aleppo Chilli Flakes, Salt, Sunflower Oil), garlic granules), red wine vinegar, nutritional yeast, onion powder, sea salt, garlic granules.
May contain celery, gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, other nuts incl. peanuts, sesame, sulphites.
Storage: Fridge 5° or below. Suitable for home freezing.

Suitable for freezing - freeze as soon as possible befre the best before date and consume within 3 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge before eating.
