A little bit of cheese context here… Grana Padano is Parmigiano Reggiano’s lesser known pal - still delicious in its own right. And this one resembles it. “Grana is softer, butterier and it tastes slightly more delicate. Cheese experts can even taste smells of broth or steamed vegetables.” NOW, I can’t claim I’ve made the vegan version of Grana but if I had to describe it to someone based on dairy cheese, this is what I’d go for.

Classic:

Truffle & Porcini:
Ingredients: Water, organic potato starch*, organic coconut oil**, cashew NUTS (12.2%), cultures, nutritional yeast, miso (water, SOYA beans, rice, salt), truffle oil (2.5%) (Extra Virgin Olive Oil (48.6%), Olive Oil (48.6%), White Truffle Flavouring (2.5%), White Truffles (Tuber borchii) (0.3%) , sea salt, organic apple cider vinegar***, porcini mushroom powder (0.5%), lactic acid, MUSTARD powder.
