Cashew e Pepe: Inspired by the Italian pasta dish "Cacio e pepe", our Cashew e Pepe is cheesy, umami and a bit sassy thanks to the organic black peppercorns mixed throughout. Perfect on its own or as a pasta sauce *chef's kiss*

Chimichurri: Argentina's staple herb blend. This cheese is herby with a tiny hint of chilli. Contrary to popular belief, Chimichurri is not really spicy; Argentina's cuisine is not known for being spicy. Argentinans on the other hand... Every family has their own recipe. My version is based on my grandma's Chimichurri recipe. Perfect crumbled over roasted wedges, or with some fresh bread and a glass of Malbec.
