What is za'atar?
Za'atar is a versatile spice blend from the Levant region, often used as a seasoning or dip. Recipes vary regionally, and we opted for a Lebanese-inspired one. Za'atar has a fragrant, earthy, and slightly tangy flavor due to the combination of herbs and sumac.
Kalamata olives are known for their distinctive meaty texture and rich, fruity flavor, often with a slightly bitter or salty taste.
We think the combination is intense and moreish!

Ingredients: Cashew NUTS (86.5%), live cultures, water, miso (water, SOYA beans, rice, salt), kalamata olives (7.2%) (Water, Sea Salt, Red Wine Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2%), Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid)) , za’atar mix (1.4%) (thyme, oregano, marjoram, sumac, SESAME seeds), sea salt.
